Welcome to HaruSkin. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully prior to completing your purchase.

1. Nature of Service & Business Operations

HaruSkin operates strictly as a cross-border procurement proxy and logistics facilitator. We provide a platform for international clients to source authentic, clinical-grade Japanese aesthetic and longevity products, including pure stem matrices and NMN biologicals.

• HaruSkin does not manufacture products, hold inventory, or act as a licensed medical pharmacy.

• Our service is limited strictly to purchasing goods in Japan on your behalf and arranging direct international logistics to your specified destination.

2. Ordering Process & Payment

• Order Confirmation: Please ensure that you have selected the correct product(s) and quantity before proceeding to checkout. By completing the checkout process and making payment, you confirm your order. Order confirmation and delivery details will be provided via email. Customers are advised to check their email carefully to avoid errors or duplicate orders. HaruSkin shall not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

• Payment Methods: We accept payment via Stripe (Credit/Debit cards) and International Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT).

• Manual Transfers: For payments made via manual bank transfer, customers must provide proof of payment (e.g., transaction receipt or reference number) via email, WhatsApp, or WeChat to avoid processing delays. Orders will only be processed after full payment has been confirmed.

3. Shipment, Delivery & Importer of Record

• Dispatch & Tracking: All shipments are dispatched directly from Japan via EMS Japan and include a tracking number. All products are inspected prior to shipment to ensure they are in proper condition and securely packaged.

• Estimated Time: Delivery time is generally 7–12 business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and courier efficiency. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, peak seasons, or force majeure events.

• Importer of Record: The buyer assumes the official role of "Importer of Record" for their destination country. The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the imported goods comply with all local customs regulations, import laws, and regulatory agency guidelines. HaruSkin is not liable for packages delayed, held, or confiscated by destination customs authorities, nor for any import taxes, tariffs, or handling fees.

• Transit Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, HaruSkin shall not be liable for any loss, delay, damage, or deterioration occurring during transit once the shipment has been handed over to the courier. No refunds or compensation will be provided for delivery delays caused by third-party courier services.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All Sales Final: Due to the specialized and temperature-sensitive nature of the biological aesthetics we procure, all sales are strictly final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are permitted once payment has been completed, except in the event that the purchased item is unavailable or out of stock. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

• Duplicate Orders & Stripe Fees: In the event that duplicate orders are placed and the customer requests cancellation of the duplicated order(s), HaruSkin will refund the payment amount excluding non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe. Stripe’s fees on the original transaction are retained by the payment networks (Visa/Mastercard) and are non-recoverable.

5. Intended Use: Strictly Cosmetic & Professional

• All products procured through HaruSkin are sold strictly for topical, cosmetic, and professional MTS (microneedling) application.

• Customers are responsible for fully understanding the product ingredients, intended clinical/cosmetic use, method of administration, and recommended dosage prior to purchase.

• HaruSkin explicitly prohibits and does not endorse the use of these products for unauthorized intravenous (IV) or intramuscular (IM) injection outside of a licensed, regulated clinical environment. Any off-label application is done entirely at the buyer's discretion and assumption of risk.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, HaruSkin, its distinct operating entities, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any adverse effects, injury, or damages arising from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions.

6. Suitability & Contraindications for Cellular Therapy

Advanced clinical-grade aesthetics and placenta therapies may not be suitable for all individuals. Customers are required to evaluate their personal health history prior to use. Contraindications generally include, but are not limited to:

• History of cellular abnormalities, abnormal growths, or suspicious lesions.

• Active or uncontrolled inflammatory or autoimmune responses.

• Impaired hepatic (liver) or renal (kidney) function.

• Uncontrolled metabolic imbalances.

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding.

• Known or suspected hypersensitivity or allergy to placenta-derived biologicals.

• Active infection or elevated body temperature (fever).

• Children or minors, unless medically prescribed and supervised by a qualified healthcare professional.

Cellular therapy products are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Eligibility for use should be determined by a qualified professional following appropriate consultation and assessment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HaruSkin and its associated payment processing entities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to medical conditions, injuries, or death, arising from the purchase or use of any product or service provided. In any event where liability is established, total liability shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or service giving rise to the claim.
