Ordering Process

Please ensure that you have selected the correct product(s) and quantity before proceeding to checkout. By completing the checkout process and making payment, you confirm your order.

Order confirmation and delivery details will be provided via email once payment has been successfully received. Customers are advised to check their email carefully after placing an order to avoid errors, omissions, or duplicate orders.

Haruskin shall not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

Payment Methods

We accept payment via:

• Stripe

• Credit and debit cards

• International Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT)

For payments made via manual bank transfer, customers must provide proof of payment (e.g. transaction receipt or reference number) to avoid processing delays. Proof of payment should be sent via email, WhatsApp, or WeChat as instructed.

Orders will only be processed after full payment has been confirmed.

Shipment & Delivery

All shipments are dispatched from Japan via EMS Japan and include a tracking number.

Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days, depending on destination country, customs clearance procedures, and courier efficiency.

All products are inspected prior to shipment to ensure they are in proper condition and securely packaged.

While we make every reasonable effort to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, courier delays, peak seasons, public holidays, or force majeure events.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haruskin shall not be liable for any loss, delay, damage, or deterioration occurring during transit, once the shipment has been handed over to the courier service provider. No refunds or compensation will be provided for delivery delays caused by third-party courier services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are permitted once payment has been completed, except in the event that the purchased item is unavailable or out of stock. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Customers must clearly specify the correct product(s) and quantity at the time of ordering. Products sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.

In the event that duplicate orders are placed and the customer requests cancellation of the duplicated order(s), Haruskin will refund the payment amount excluding non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe.

Payment Processing Fees (Stripe)

While Haruskin does not charge a fee to process refunds, Stripe’s payment processing fees on the original transaction are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refunded amount, as stated in the order confirmation.

These fees are imposed by banks and payment networks (such as Visa and Mastercard) and are retained even when a transaction is refunded. Stripe’s standard pricing reflects these non-recoverable costs and includes services such as fraud prevention, reporting, and payment management tools.

Product Use & Responsibility Notice

Customers are responsible for fully understanding the product ingredients, intended use, method of administration, and recommended dosage prior to purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haruskin, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any adverse effects, loss, injury, incidental or consequential damages arising from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions.

Contraindications for Placenta Therapy

Placenta therapy may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions.

Customers are required to disclose all relevant medical history prior to use.

Contraindications may include, but are not limited to:

• Current or previous diagnosis of cancer, particularly hormone-sensitive cancers

• Presence or history of abnormal growths, tumors, or suspicious lesions (including complex breast cysts)

• Fibrosis affecting the liver, lungs, or other organs

• Medical conditions for which growth-stimulating therapies are contraindicated

• Active or uncontrolled autoimmune disorders

• Severe liver disease or impaired hepatic function

• Severe kidney disease or renal failure

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding

• Known or suspected hypersensitivity or allergy to placenta-derived products

• Active infection, inflammation, or elevated body temperature (fever)

• Uncontrolled metabolic disorders, including but not limited to diabetes

• Children or minors, unless medically prescribed and supervised by a qualified healthcare professional

Placenta therapy is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Eligibility for use should be determined by a qualified healthcare practitioner following appropriate consultation and assessment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Haruskin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to medical conditions, injuries, or death, arising from the purchase or use of any product or service provided.

In any event where liability is established, Haruskin’s total liability shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or service giving rise to the claim.
