Culture distribution facility
Our products are manufactured in a strictly controlled facility at the Osaka Regenerative Medicine Center’s CPC (Cell Culture Processing Facility), one of the few “Class 100” facilities in Japan. Sterilization is carried out using clean rooms and filtering, and the cells are cultured in serum-free media.

What is a Class 100 cleanroom?
It refers to the number of particles larger than 0.5 μm contained in the air of one cubic foot (a box with sides of approximately 30 cm). The required dust control level varies depending on the industry and purpose of use, and “Class 100” corresponds to the highest level. It is one of the few cell culture processing facilities in Japan with a high level of management.
